Fitco Orings Cryo-Ring™ is an affordable and reliable sealing solution for extremely low-temperature applications. It is perfect for use with Liquid Oxygen or Hydrogen because it can handle temperatures as low as -250°C (-418°F), which is much lower than encapsulated silicone cores that work only down to -60°C (-75°F).

Each Cryo-Ring™ uses a 302 Stainless Steel spiral spring covered with FEP or PFA, making it suitable for industries like transportation, food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.

Material Options

Venting

For applications where pressure demands exceed 100 bar, ventilation holes are to be placed within the encapsulation to prevent encapsulation rupture.
