FITCO Orings Trading LLC is the Dubai-based trading and export arm of the FITCO group — a sealing specialist with over 30 years of manufacturing experience and a proven track record across oil & gas, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, food and general industrial sectors. Our head office is in Mumbai, India, with our manufacturing facility in Mohali, Punjab, India, and our Middle East trading office in Dubai, UAE.
Our Story
FITCO Orings Pvt Ltd was established in 1995 in Mumbai with a clear mandate: to build a specialist O-Ring company with its own manufacturing capability rather than depend on third-party suppliers. Over three decades, that commitment has produced a vertically integrated business — from raw compound through molding, inspection and dispatch — operating under one roof at our Mohali plant.
FITCO Orings Trading LLC, Dubai, was established to serve the Middle East, GCC and international export markets with the same products, the same quality controls and the same technical depth that underpins the India manufacturing operation.
Vision
To build the broadest distribution network for precision O-Rings and elastomeric seals worldwide — backed by our own manufacturing so we can stand behind every part we supply.
Mission
To deliver sealing solutions that meet the highest standards of dimensional accuracy, material integrity and documentation — and to make that level of quality accessible to customers from single-piece orders to long-run contracts.

Founder of FITCO Orings Pvt Ltd with over 30 years of hands-on experience in sealing products and rubber technology. Built the Mohali manufacturing facility from the ground up, establishing FITCO as one of India's specialist O-Ring manufacturers.
Manufacturing — Mohali, Punjab, India
Our Mohali facility is a purpose-built production and warehousing complex combining the production floor, quality laboratory and finished goods warehouse under a single roof — eliminating the inter-facility handoffs that introduce delay and traceability gaps in outsourced manufacturing models.
The plant operates compression molding lines across our full compound range — NBR, FKM, EPDM, FFKM, HNBR, Silicone and specialty grades. Rubber compounding is carried out in-house, which means formulation, mixing, molding and dimensional inspection are all FITCO-controlled processes rather than steps handed off to separate vendors. This keeps quality consistent and makes it possible to adjust compound formulations quickly when customers need non-standard hardness, colour or chemical resistance specifications.
Our in-house tooling library of over 2,000 O-Ring molds covers the AS568, metric, DIN and JIS dimensional series. When a size falls outside the standard mold library, tooling can be made on-site, cutting the lead time for custom sizes significantly compared to manufacturers who outsource tooling manufacture.
Material test reports and batch traceability records are maintained for every production run as standard — not as an option. This documentation practice was established to meet the requirements of oil & gas and pharmaceutical customers who need a paper trail that matches the physical part, and it now applies across all materials and all order sizes.

Industries We Serve
Our Values
Quality
Every part is dimensionally inspected and backed by a material certificate. No batch ships without documentation.
Integrity
We specify what we stock and supply what we specify — material, grade, hardness and standard are confirmed in writing.
Customer Focus
From sample requests to long-run contracts, every enquiry gets a technical response — not just a price.
Vertical Control
Compounding, molding and QC under one roof means we own the quality at every step, not just at final inspection.
