Key Properties
- Excellent resistance to mineral oils, greases and hydrocarbon fuels
- Good resistance to water and dilute acids
- Good compression set resistance and elastic recovery
- Excellent for hydraulic and pneumatic sealing systems
- Cost-effective general-purpose elastomer
Limitations
- Not suitable for automotive brake fluid (glycol-based)
- Limited ozone, UV and weathering resistance
- Not recommended for ketones, esters or chlorinated solvents
